The Future Scientists of America club is one of the new additions to Club Rush this school year.

The club’s focus is to showcase the different fields of science. The club president is Amir Chadha and the vice president is Myles Macias. They meet in E-14 on every third Tuesday of the month.

Their sign had periodic table elements that spelled out ‘Future Scientists of America.’

Halfway through Club Rush, 24 new members had signed up for this new club, while two people manned the booth.

“It looks good on college applications,” member Danny Liu said.

The club has high aspirations for its members.

“My job is to pave the way for future scientists of America,” Macias said.

The school will have to wait and see what the Future Scientists of America have in store for students throughout the school year.
