New Krush Burger set to open in Rocklin later this month
New Rocklin location to open late April.
Krush Burger has decided to expand and open a new Rocklin location.
This will be the fourth location in the greater Sacramento area after locations in Davis, Sacramento and Roseville.
The store is set to open in Rocklin’s Blue Oaks Marketplace in right across the street from Blue Oaks Century Theaters.
Krush Burger began as a Sacramento food truck in 2011 and moved into a company headquarters office in Roseville in 2013. Krush Burger also operates a food truck business and has a restaurant in Dubai.
Students are highly anticipating the opening of this new store.
“I have been to the Krush Burger in the Galleria Mall and I love it, but I live in the neighborhood right across from Blue Oaks so I’m excited they’re opening one right next to me. It’s one of my favorite burger places and you can never have too many,” Samantha Willis said.
Others are excited for an alternative to the burger spots that have been around for a while.
“I think In-N-Out needs to watch out. Krush Burger is on the rise and it’s really good. Plus, it’s nice to see something other than McDonald’s and In N Out for a change,” Sarah Farias said.
Krush Burger’s decision to bring a store to Rocklin came at an interesting time, however.
Earlier this year, Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes opened its first Sacramento region location in Rocklin in the new shopping center on Commons Drive, right by the new Studio Movie Grill.
A few weeks before that, a new restaurant called Slider Burgers debuted in Rocklin as well.
The new Krush Burger store is set to open late April.
