Buffalo Wild Wings, a sports-bar chain recently opened at 1168 Galleria Blvd #200, Roseville, CA 95678, is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and until midnight on Sundays. Their main attraction is wings along with your choice of sides (fries, vegetables, chips and salsa, etc.). They also make hamburgers and sandwiches (lunch menu).

I ordered a split of boneless Sweet BBQ and Traditional Medium wings with a side of french fries. With a glass of water, the price came out to $21.95. It was served with about seven of each style of wing, and a good size basket of fries. As a plus, celery/carrot sticks and ranch dressing come on the side with no charge. These are some of the best wings you can get in this area. They are the perfect texture: not too crunchy, yet still gave a tough wing-like crunch to it.

Up on the walls are about 20 televisions to enjoy various different sports stations while you eat. The main TV, usually showing the biggest sporting event going on at that time, was the only one producing sound. This is great if you want to hear whatever is on that TV, but if you want to hear another station, the volume will not be turned up enough for you to hear.

The service is absolutely phenomenal. Right when I walked in the door, there was an employee waiting to take me to an open table. No longer than two minutes after my water glass was empty, they rushed over to refill it every time. The wings took about 15 minutes and were brought out with napkins and a smiling waiter to make sure you do not need anything else.

The place is overall very clean. The windows had clearly been cleaned soon before I got there. The restroom was the same, which is expected from a recently opened restaurant, yet still impressive.

All in all, if you enjoy eating a good lunch/dinner served by 10-15 very polite waiters and waitresses, and you like watching all the sports you love at the same time, look no further than Buffalo Wild Wings.
